Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within 14 days of delivery (email@example.com)
Return items back within: 30 days of deliver.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Post it back to me (address provided upon contacting me), making sure to obtain proof of postage and a photograph of the parcel.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned items come back to me. Suppose the returned product goes missing in transit. In that case, you must pursue your postage provider for compensation, as the product is legally yours until a refund is issued. Postage is to be at your expense and will not be reimbursed.
I do not accept cancellations of orders, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The Following Items Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
